Our Fonda

Our neighborhood kitchen is rooted in the vibrant traditions of Ciudad de Mexico, where Chef Juan's grandmother, Doña Paula, ran her own Fonda (eatery) in the heart of the Alvaro Obregon neighborhood in the 60's.

From the table side guacamole, smashed by hand with lime and love, to the deeply layered mole and slow-simmered stews, every dish on our menu carries her legacy.
